Does outpatient rehab show up on medical records?
 

This may be the wrong forum for this, and I apologize... I figured it would be ok since I'm not asking for "medical" advice per se... but I have been wondering whether or not the IOP program I underwent over a year ago was on my "records"... I'm not entirely sure how that sort of thing works, but was curious... if anyone has any advice, or knows the best way I can find out, I'd appreciate it, thanks.

((UO)) - I don't know, but where I did IOP (years ago), it was at a treatment center and though they would probably have a record of me, I think they would be the only ones. I didn't have insurance, I've told my dr and dentist that I'm an RA, but they've never asked anything about treatment.

I don't have any history with IOP's...but I would think your doctor
would know about medical records.

Have you asked her/him?
