Day 4
Day 4
Hello:
My second post, mid morning do Day 4. Slept for almost 7 hours last night. The morning was a bit groggy and still sleepy, anxiety started kicking in thinking maybe the worst is yet to come. Thanks to tips from all have been eating lots of small snacks of fruits and breads and starting to feel significantly better.
June 1 is the day I usually plant all my tomatoes and peppers to avoid frost. I plan to get outside and do so, and for the first time in years without a beer in my hand or nearby

Thanks Briansy. Looking back at this post it does remind me though that this was not my "final" day 4. I actually started drinking again about a month after posting this due to not really having a good plan in place. I thought I did but I injured my shoulder on Memorial Day weekend and thought it would be OK to have a couple of beers to numb the pain. Fast forward to January of 2013 and I had gone back to everyday binge drinking for about 5 or 6 months. Fortunately I was able to finally do the right thing that January.
