I just finished an article by Edward Readicker-Henderson about learning to relax. He was on Grand Turk island after a heart attack where there is nothing to do but sit and watch the sea and listen to the sounds. Here's the quote that struck me:
"I might be missing a ton of stuff. Probably am, But that's OK because I am not missing any of this right here"
Sounds just about right.
