search: aa speakers or aa speaker tapes

if you search "old timers" you'll come up with some great sites, too!

Go to I-tunes and search AA Speaker Tapes. It's in the podcast section. They're free and pretty great, I listen to them at work sometimes when I'm having a hard time.
