Shakes!

And they are from too much coffee (not booze), so I can be wide awake to spend time with you all this morning. :-)

That said, it is time to downshift to more water, less caffeine. I have to scribe for a large public meeting today, and don't want my charts to look like they were authored by a third grader learning to write.

Good morning good people.

Hey. Sure it's not the drink that's led to the shakes? I was shaking day and night when I was in the grip of the booze. One of the things I can be grateful for today is that I am not shaking right now.

Know the feeling, I was shaking like crazy when I went a few days sober. It goes away, hope you're ok

Yes, now I think about eh1988, it was AFTER I had been binging that the shakes went really bad.

Thanks all. No, I have been steady as a rock this past week. Thankfully, I don't tend to shake, sweat, etc. when not drinking. Just have crazy anxiety, but that has dissipated as well, replaced with energy.

Please to hear it my friend. One problem I had is that if I was shaking I had a fear that I couldn't meet other people and then that led to me isolating and getting worse. Please try to avoid that cycle if you can.

Duly noted. For today, the cycle has been broken. Again, my physiology almost always spares me the shakes. I am okay.

And glad to know that you are too! Glad to know you are doing well, and appreciate your words.
