a month
 

Today I have been sober for a whole month. I am loving it for the first time in years. I am looking forward to the next day for a change.

Congrats on your month!!! I'm only 5 days in and feel so much better! I can't wait to hit your milestone! You will be having one happy and healthy summer!!!

Thanks everyone. For all you in the first days keep reading on here it has helped me alot. I didnt post much but found when i was really fighting urges as soon as i got on here and started reading about people suffering and people recovering my urges would go away.
