I'm back:)

Ok I admit it, I fell off the wagon last weekend:(
We went away for OH's birthday and I had a drink, well several drinks:scared::scared:
Feel really ashamed of myself and haven't drunk since though:)
Hope you are all well:ring

So Candie what lead up to your relapse? Go through it with us. Before you picked up that drink had you planned to somewhere in your mind.

Relapses if they continue only weaken your resolve, iin my opinion, that is why in early sobriety I listened to podcasts on relapsing as I did not want to relapse, I was scared I would just give up if I did.

Welcome back candie. Glad to hear that the woe is me's didn't last too long and you're back in the saddle again.

I'm sorry that happened but I'm glad you're back :)
Have you thought about what you can do so as to not end up in that situation again?
