I'm in the same boat as you... I quit on Monday. I just wanted to second the comment Sugarbear1 made concerning the AVRT system. I'm using that method this time quitting and it seems to make it easier so far. Of course I'm still going through withdrawls, but the mental part of quitting is'nt soo bad. Good luck to you.

I just woke up a little while ago. I'm a bit confused. I had it all mapped out to go to treatment in the morning, a friend was going to pick me up and take me. Once I woke up, I saw an email from my doctor he wrote at 1AM. So now I am struggling with what to do, so I guess I will need to update my DAY 1 status post when I figure out what to do.

For now, I am going to try to fix this chat room problem. I can't stand that it is not working. I'm a Network Engineer by trade. I can't believe I cannot get into that chat room on here.
