1 week
Well folks, it's been 7 days since my last drink. This is the longest I've been sober in a year. Finding Solace in AVRT and SR.

Off and on. Last night one of my students came by for a class and was obviously high on speed.Definitely hit my triggers, but I was able to hold off, thank God. I just can't be around people that are using.

Hey Vajra,

Congrats on a week!! Keep reading into the AVRT stuff.. It's helped me be 3 days sober so far, which I thought would be really hard considering I've drank just about everyday for 6 months or so.. but It's suprisingly been easier than I thought thanks to AVRT.

AVRT has been my saving grace. Great stuff. My psychologist loves it's approach!

6 days
I'm on my 6th day sober and it's been the longest I've been sober since I can remember. Withdraws were really bad, but finally dealing ok and feel good. Every day I wake up sober gives me so much joy, words cant' describe.
