And with rest, diet med I feel like I've woke up again, the effects of drinking can last long after the last drink. I think I found a Dr. that understands. I feel like I came up from too long underwater. I am enjoying breathing and reading tonight ant feeling like I'm dieing which I was since birth of course but tonight I feel like I can breath and be so I saying prayers for those others suffering--Loving kindness. Thanks for those who put up with dis-ease, I did lose 10 pounds, and more hair :-)
