Do you have a plan in place to keep you sober? Might be worth checking out if you don't.
I relapsed a lot for a long time due in large part to the fact that I had good intentions but no plans to back them up. If you don't have a plan then what are you going to do when the cravings hit you?
Remember, proper preparation prevents **** poor performance.
Glad you made it through the day sober, you can keep it up!

Keep posting. I have to do this one day at a time, in the beginning on breath at a time. remember I get drunk... we get sober. You can do this. I lived on SR in the beginning.

Fresh morning of day 2. Need to go to work and face the music of being out two days. Nothing I cannot handle.
Have my therapy tonight. The hour will go quick I am sure.

- Therapy.
- SR.
- Some meetings (jury is still out on AA for me).
- Read and understand how a relatively smart strong willed guy can be subject to his own hand.
