Welcome, I am praying for you that you will succeed this time. It is day two for me. My drug was oxycodone. I called my pain management doctor and told them I didn't want to take it anymore and I was going through withdrawals and they gave me a couple to take to help me through. I go to see them tomorrow and we will talk about a new pain management plan without opiates for my neck and shoulder for now and if and when they do surgery on my shoulder and neck.
We can make it through. It won't be fun or easy, but if we can make it through then we only have to go through this hell one time.
The prayer that is helping me through is the serenity prayer:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, Courage to change the things I can and Wisdom to know the difference. I hope these words will bless you.
