Sobriety and Insomia

Seems like I can't have one without the other. Buy I'll live with it just not sleep with it :-)

I sufferr insomnia when relapsing. Like now. When i get sober, after the withdrawals, i sleep like a baby. This should be motivation enough but my sick mind picks up again.

Oh, dear God, I want sobriety. When will i learn.

Pick up, try again and plod forward john. Keep bringing the body. Eventyally the mind will follow. We only truely fail when we stop trying so don't stop trying. I'm on Day 5353 which has been my longest. I don't know what i've done that's worked besides not thought too hard and put one foot in front of the other at all times. Wherever you are now, move forward.

Don't forget we have an insomnia forum:

http://www.soberrecovery.com/forums/...ia-nightmares/

Lots of experience there.
