Hi John, I know exactly how you are feeling, it is utter hell isn't it, i'm only 7 days sober.

Keep coming back to this website daily, i found it a very helpful tool to aid my recovery.

Pretty bad. Went food shopping, had a bit of a crisis with my son. I'll live. You folks have been an absolute lifeline.

John, it will get better. Keep coming here and try to think of how wonderful life can be. I've found myself thinking of you a lot today.

Thank you. I'm humbled. I've found, through going to rehab and aa, that recovering people are the finest, most generous people there are. The people on this forum are obviously no exception.

No. I've been talking to my sponsor though. And reading the recovery stories here. I'll go to my regular noon meeting tomorrow. Just don't feel up to it today...need to cocoon myself.
