day 3...

Hello friends,

I started a new attempt at sobriety.
Day 3 is still very hard, but I have support of my family.

I slept a little more, well more like my body just shut down, and was able to eat.
I'm hoping as the day goes by I will feel a little better.

After being sober for 10+ months I thought it would be easier after just a week of binging.
Wrong !

Staying sober is WAY easier than trying to get back on track.
Keep away from that first drink, my friends
