I hit six months sober a week or so ago I think.

I don't really count the days as I don't drink - so why would I count something I don't do ?

I seem to spend more time out with friends as I am now the designated driver. Always.

Well at least my friends are always pleased to see me now and I can always remember our last conversation.....

Thanks for being here guys. In my darkest moments (times when memories make me feel down) I always come here to read and the strength of you all keeps me straight.

Be careful with that perpetual designated driver business. For me, that became a source of resentment. You can't always be the babysitter, Tiger1.
