lookin to detox after gastic bypass
 

Has anyone here had gastic bypass?
I have been drinking up to 6 bottle of beer a nite, want to detox, but not sure if the bypass complicates that?
I know my absorbtion is much quicker, so the amount I drink is insignificant to most people .
Wondering if anyone else has experienced detox afer by pass.

You had bypass, now you are drinking a ton of empty calories. What's up?

No I haven't but you will benefit going into a detox center around at least there will be professionals watching you and you will be safe for a couple of days! Call 311 and ask for a detox in your area! God bless and don't give up hope!

Unfortunately don't have any advice since I haven't had gastric bypass but I am sure someone will come along with some tips.
Your best bet though (of course) would be to go and see your Doc and ask him/her what they think
