Im back and going strong...

Just wanted to thank all the usual suspects on here for their support, i have been on here every day for who knows how long now. There is a bunch of you that are always offering support and encouragement.

I am on day 25 and feeling fantastic, feeling strong. Just starting to put some of the pieces back together from the mess i have left behind, its going to take some time. Meanwhile i will keep reading daily here and drinking tea!
