finally took my kids swimming and I've lost 2 stone...

I started the diet before I joined this forum but lost weight its got to be said the unhealthy way.

Since I joined this forum my life has improved greatly and I'd like to use this thread as a thank you to everybody who has contributed to any thread that I have put on here.

I've been eating normally, cut out the booze, doing plenty of exercise and today I have had a fantastic day with the wife and kids swimming at a local water park to where we are based,

Thanks again for all of your help and I wish you all well.

I could still murder a beer or a glass of wine though but the diet coke will do for me, we are just waiting for our chinese takeaway to be delivered.

Bruno.

Well done Bruno!

It's amazing how much weight goes from just not drinking. I'm feeling really guilty for not exercising now though, running tomorrow...

Thanks fella's,

I really do mean that,

hypochondriac,

Pure gym, £17 a month, cheaper than a nice bottle of wine a week and its in newcastle under lyme technically too. You may even see me there. Ill be the one who's out of breath. Lol :D

The last sentence should have read Chinese takeaway to be delivered as a celebration, damn blackberry phone!! I'd usually be on the wine to celebrate and not even remember eating the chinese until the heartburn kicked in the next day :-o
