In the past I've ******** moaned and groan about my problem. I've gotten closer and closer to resolve it.

I've been offered help but I've turned it down in the past.

I'm getting closer and closer to accepting help.

This past week I've had some folks on my case, their willing to throw caution to the wind with their money and time. They don't wanna see me live like this.

With that said I feel I owe them getting sober. I'm far from it, but I'll try!

I went through something like that Tony...A relative...He knew I was killing myself and didn't want to see it happen.....He sprung for my rehab which wasn't cheap....I had to want to do this for myself...Not him....I feel like I owe him the money back...Which I intend to pay...That's my choice. The rehab was great for me....A good start....It's what I did when I left there that solved my drinking problem. I hope whatever help you get...Works for you...And you can remain sober for you...And them.

I have to admit without help I probably wouldn't be sober today. At first I resisted, but 1 year 9 months later, I'll never hesitaite to ask for help again.

You need to want this. Is it alcohol? Drugs? Both? Something else?

Do you want sobriety? Are you just scared that life will be boring? Life is already boring and we hurt ourselves by drinking and our delusional thinking.

You need to want this for you. I believe you do want this. I say, "Go for it!" I wish you only the best!!
