Codependent support?
I'm not 100% clear on the definition of codependent but I know I am 100% a codie. Where do i get help for this? I need to break free from the bondage of her lol. I love my mom to death but even she is like why do you waste so much time on me? I literally sat in my living room filming her for 20 mins to see if she would do something that I could show her later and maybe she'll regret it.
While I was filming I was like omg what is wrong with me. I have midterms to study for and housework to do!

I found Alanon meetings a tremendous source of support in my ongoing recovery from codependency. Being face-to-face with people who understand is such a blessing!
"Codependent No More" by Melody Beattie is also an excellent starter book. She has a series of books.
Also the forum Friends & Family of Alcoholics here at Sober Recovery is another tool I use in recovery. Please feel free to post there!
By the way, I looked at your due date and my birthday is May 12.
I hope you continue to post and know that you are among friends.
