So, here I am AGAIN... finding myself on this wonderful site... with all you great people. So, much encouragement... and so much wonderful energy. I truly am grateful for SR even though I don't get to visit as often as I should.

I am 4 months sober as of 3 days ago! Life is good except for a friend who recently relapsed. It was hard to watch her go through that. She is someone I have gotten super close with and in my last relaspse she was the person that pulled me through it. I am sad for her. But, I do know that I am the only person that can keep me sober... but, everyone needs someone to listen to when they are in that place.

So, it is great to stop in and read your stories and where you are at... I hope everyone enjoys life sober and free of the chains of regret... and for those of you that are trying to get there... you can get there...! Breath through it. It is one of the hardest things to do.
