What the bleep - a movie that helped me
 

Just sharing for anyone that might be interested. The movie 'What the bleep do we know? (Down the rabbit hole) deals with a number of topics that I feel are relevant to the addictive mind, at least my own. It's kind of a mishmash of quantum physics, spirituality, metaphysics, and psychology. At a bare minimum, it's thought provoking.

It's also on netflix right now if you have that service.

I watched that a few years ago, I don't remember much. I do remember the part where it describes how we can become "addicted" to certain emotions or lines of thought like negativism or positivism. I thought that was kind of interesting. I will have to watch it again now.

One of my all time faves.
