Back at day one
 

Ok so I am back at day one......feeling crappy about myself...I look like hell!!!! But ya know what's different..I have a plan ...new dr appt Monday...hitting a meeting tomorrow ...I have to quit abusing my body...I really love myself....I deserve better!! Feeling so badly I can't sand it!!
