Woke up a little shaky. I can literally feel the alcohol leaving my body. Slept surprisingly very well last night. I feel very tired today. I can't tell you how many "day 2's" I've had in my life. Just wanted to check in. I hope everyone is doing well.

Congratulations on day two!

I've had so many day twos I couldn't begin to count them. You're doing good.

What works for me is, thinking that first drink through to the end and where it will lead.

We're all here for you. It does get easier.
