17 days......
17 days and not a drop.

Very proud of myself and started the gym last week too.

Whats odd about all this is, I just woke up 17 days ago and said no-more. Just like that. Very odd.

This is the longest I have been without beer in at least 3 years. Valerian is definitely helping.
