Day 10! Woot Woot!

It definitely hasn't been easy, but I am doing it. AA every night, SR every day. PLUS...I lost 9lbs already since last Tuesday. Feeling great! As alsways thanks! Just thought I would leave an update.

Galveston oooohhhhh I miss it , I grew up in The Woodlands used to go down all the time.

Thanks everyone, I am pretty excited. I have kept my mind busy with other things. I wont drink today, and I am thankful for that.

Fantastic job. I feel you are really getting it this time around. Keep on doing what you are doing. it is obviously working.

Congrats on the weight loss I think losing weight helps us to feel better about ourselves and keeps us motivated.
