Day 4 and I feel great!
What a difference a day makes!!! I feel so much better today. I won't talk about yesterday, because everyone will be different.
I think we have these initial good days so we can see and feel how it will be. It is so encouraging. It keeps me going.
I even had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich this morning! Something that does not go well with beer.
