Not everyone can seek help

My girlfriend's friend from college passed away today. She was put into a coma on Wednesday, as her liver and kidneys were failing due to drinking. She was out on the town "drinking like a young person should be able to" on Monday and woke up sick on Tuesday. We don't always have an infinite amount of time to figure things out. She was only 26.

That is horrible and scary! I Thank God for keeping me alive through all of those years of abuse. I will not take it for granted. I will pray for her family and friends. Most young people have no Idea how dangerous drinking can be. I thought that it was normal to live like that.
Thank you for letting me see the light
Dave

So sad... When I hear about things like this I get so scared. I suppose it is a healthy fear though because it definately pushes drinking further out of my mind. Hope you guys are ok!

Nirvana,

How sad. I guess we can all just learn from things like this. Bless her heart, and bless you and your girlfriend too.
