Website my doctor gave me

Hiya, a couple of months ago, when at my bi-monthly visit to my doctors, I told him I was not drinking still (great) but getting anxiety/agrophobia/insomnia (not so great). He gave me a website that he thought might be useful, and I just found it again. Thought I might post it here MOODJUICE - Self-help Resource Site

I found when I stopped drinking, anxiety, insomnia, depression, and so on got worse...

I also found when I started treating my alcohholISM in AA and eventually got involved in helping not myself but in helping others, all those things disappeared or decreased drastically.

That's a neat site though. I hope it works for you or for some others.

Not sure if I should post this or not, but I often go to this site as my "digital anti-depressant" Cute Overload :-)))

Thanks for the link(s) Zee

the Moodjuice one looks like a valuable resource - lots of handy ideas and good suggestions, and it has some useful contacts for our UK members too

That's a pretty cool website, thanks. One I found helpful for anxiety/depression is www.moodgym.com . Self paced cognitive behavioral therapy exercises that can really help change your thoughts/moods/patterns. Hope that helps someone too
