it really has been. My head has been sooooo much clearer and Ive actually been productive again. . Yesterday I was looking in my fridge for lemon juice and I found 2 beers I guess had gotten pushed to the back of the fridge at some point...I literally thought to myself "a little over a week ago and that would have made me smile because it meant they were ice cold"......sounds like such a stupid thing to be proud of but I just looked at them and felt not at all tempted and saw no appeal in them.

AND Ive finally came off the librium Tuesday and still no anxiety....I was honestly very nervous about that part
