D. The only person you need to answer to is you. Dishonesty is the enemy of sobriety, so pick which day honestly feels best to you and go with it.
My sobriety date is the last day I had a drink. It’s also my favorite number. I took a long hard look at whether it was appropriate or not to use that date, and decided I’m good with it. That was over 5 years ago, I haven’t had a drink since. So I’m still good with it.
