Really not feeling so good tonight ...feeling suicidal and low
Really want a drink or take drugs but i know it wont help things so i cant do that ...Instead am drinking tea and listening to Buddhist chants .
I had to take a Valium tonight because of the way i have been feeling.
I have a dr appointment at 8.50 am tomorrow morning and am going to tell her how i am feeling
My husband is with me keeping me safe , But if i need to contact the crisis team i will.
I didn't end up going to Wednesdays AA meeting i stayed at home thought that i could miss it just this once but i think i should have went
Also missed my hearing voices group today ...my psych thinks i should be going out everyday to some kind of group or meeting as it will give structure to my days and give me something to focus on ...but i find it so hard doing it with my social anxiety.
After the drs we have to go food shopping then go to my sisters for lunch then am unsure what we are doing after that would go to an AA meeting but there is none in my area that are open ones
Might try an online meeting instead.

Sounds like you are doing the right things DA....Keep upbeat...Don't drink or drug for today..Enjoy your tea and try and online meeting out...Take care of yourself... Maybe you can go to a meeting this weekend..
