16 Days and Counting
Hey everyone, just wanted to stop buy to say I haven't drank since Feb. 21.
I've been keeping myself busy in the evenings and find playing with our 5 month old mini schnauzer very relaxing. I've even had a father-son day at the movies last week. I'm getting back to my shooting hobby, and I'm buckling down on us becoming debt free again.
I'm sleeping 100% better, dreaming vividly, and waking easier, even though I find myself sleeping later some days.
The clouds lift a bit more each day. It's amazing.
Today, I passed a man on a motorcycle, and the sudden feeling of remembrance of what it felt like to be on a bike washed over me. I see that in my future, lol.
I couldn't have done it without you all.

Congratulations! That's an incredible achievement! I don't have any advice as I'm just starting but I wanted to congratulate you on the hard work. Keep it up and remember how good sober living feels the next time you consider going off the deep end.
