Okay, you screwed up. But you're goin to AA tomorrow, you're taking back control. Ditch the guilt, it's a pointless, stupid emotion. Fix it instead.
You're cool. you're liked. What time's the meeting tomorrow?
Still

Okay, bear with me my maths is sht, it's 9 here, so, what? 4 over there? so 24 hours?

Nice. a solar day to breathe and drink water, just to ground yourself again. You're miserable as hell now, but you've made your decision, right? One trip around the axis, and you'll be handing a lot of this mess onto other shoulders.

Stay strong hon. We're here

... and breathe the littlest thing, but it works for me. In through the nose, out through the mouth, eyes shut, over and over, for as long as no one bugs you.

I'm sorry you're struggling but I'm pleased you're taking action by seeing your Dr and going to AA Anewlife

Your doctor can answer that question for you.

If anything, ask the doctor if they are knowledgeable in the field of alcoholism or addictions. And then ask them to tell you to explain what they know to you. Write down any questions and bring the paper with you to the doctor tomorrow when you go back.

You can do this!

Hi Anewlife. You're not alone. I'm on day 1 as well. Shakes, nausea, headache and regret. But hidden in all that is hope. I look forward to sharing the journey with you.
