Ten Daze.....LOL
Just kidding, this is significant to me because it is only around the third or maybe forth time I have made it to or slightly surpassed this amount of time clean in exactly the past two years.
My max clean, since then, has been 20 days, seven of which was in a psych ward..
So I guess I may even be doing a little better this time all around.
Feeling steady, and taking things as they come.
Moderating my sober life, not too much of anything, and taking my meds, supplements, and eating well.
BTW, my girlfriend has ten days also, including stopping smoking, which I did not have to contend with, as I never smoked. She has, for about 30 years, so she is doing pretty darned good.
