I'm glad you were sober for her these last couple months, and will stay true to yourself even in your grief. She couldn't ask for more than that.

I am sorry for your loss, it sounds like you were extremely close.

My bf lost his mother this January. I was all of 4 days sober when she was admitted to the hospital and 19 when she passed away. One thing I regret is that I never really had much of a relationship with her. I had been too selfish, more concerned with my addiction than ever being a true part of his family.

Stay strong, stay sober. There are tough and stressful times ahead but also times to celebrate the life a wonderful woman.

I am sorry for your loss, nel.

I lost my own father last Tuesday.

Even after a long life, it is a lonely and empty feeling to lose someone.

Loosing loved ones is so difficult Nel. I am so sorry.
You mention you were so lucky to have two great Moms...It sounds to me that they were so very lucky to have had you too.

Rochele I am sorry for your loss, you are so right it is a lonely and empty feeling. 4 1/2 years later I still cry alot over losing my mom my world does not seem the same without her. Please take care♥
