Can't sleep and my stomach is killing me ...this starburst and jalapeño cheese and chips obsession was not smart( smarter than drinking I know) ...my husband( who btw is the most supportive wonderful man) is snoring away and I'm so jealous!! It'll happen for me one day...

You'll still feel 100x better tomorrow with no sleep since you'll be sober. My worst morning sober is still better than my best morning after drinking.

Hi again Anewlife, glad you're still posting after the other day! My hubby is a snorer, and a darling - he'll go an sleep in the bathroom if he's keeping me awake. Seriously, where does that kind of love come from? He's six feet, the bathroom is six feet, so work out where his head's under... poor lamb. Good luck hon xxx

Good luck to you as well!! And about the other day I was overly sensitive and I just have to realize that everyone is different! How boring would it be if we were all the safe!

Two days after quitting,I slept badly last night too. Waking up all the time sweaty and panicky.
But how true that other post is -I still feel better today than after drinking!
Thanks for sharing. I'm confident that with time we'll get sleeping right again! (typical alchie I want solution RIGHT NOW lol)

I slept almost four hours last night and I'm
Feeling ok......not hungover and tired and that makes all the difference... It's sunny and almost 50 degrees near Chicago today and I gonna enjoy this beautiful day sober!!

...and am I weird for kind of liking that day 2 shakes and sweat anxious hyper feeling? Seriously. It's like being high, a little bit, like being drunk. Am I wrong?

Lol yes you are winning!!! Congrats on day 12! Good to know you too !! I'm gonna take the dog for a walk(50 degrees in chicago is unheard of) then gym... Hopefully get some stuff around here done... Tonight is tv night with the hubby so I have dinner planned...in actually feeling pretty good and positive right now!
