Has anyone got weird food cravings when they first stopped drinking? I barely eat but when I do I can't stop eating starburst..cheese and fruit! Just found it odd

well, makes sense. you're body has been used getting to A LOT of sugars in its diet!

I say indulge your sweet tooth.

Dairy products have a good amount of sugar in them, as well as fruit. Candy, it is sugar.

I say go with the cravings. Maybe make sure you also eat protein and vegetables, just to balance this for a healthier diet (what you consume is a diet). My sweets and over-indulgences slowed at about 8 months. At 9+ months, I am now exercising more, eating much better, and feeling terrific. I was quite lethargic for the past several months and I am not yet employed.

Haha 48 hours and ALOT of sugars are missing from my diet ...and I am totally going overboard on the starbursts better than alcohol !!! :-)

I am including protien and veggies and been hitting the gym ( which I love btw ..who knew)
