Will I Ever Get Over My Paranoia
 

I have to pass a State Trooper substation to get to the store and it is like I hyperventalate even when I haven't done anything. I spent so many years covering up and hiding out and backroading I don't know if I'll ever feel normal. It is cold and wet out I am glad I have SR. Just going to lay low today and read and post. If I had a field sobriety test I'd fail because of balance issues but would pass the breath test though probably have a heart attack by that time. My best to all.

Sometimes I can deal with things myself and sometimes I've needed help from others Fitz.

Things like paranoia and PTSD can be pretty hard to deal with - sometimes I needed that outside perspective.

It's your call what you do tho.
