Physical effects tonight.
I almost caved. I haven't yet.
I have a splitting headache, I'm nauseous, heartburn is very bad and a sore throat and I feel lightheaded with a side of insomnia.
Absolutely no appetite and even though I have been drinking a lot of water I haven't had to use the restroom at all.
What other fun things do I have to look forward too?

The thing is ...if you drink...you'll eventually get to a point where you want to quit again & you'll have all this to look fwd to again....
I know it's not very comfortable but try to focus on the long term, not the immediate
