Today is a better day. Still here and still sober!
I feel like my depression is starting to lift.
Took the dog for a walk and it felt good.
I wanted to thank everyone for their support this weekend. You helped me through a real rough spot.

Yay! Glad you are feeling better 
It can be so hard to see a light at the end of the tunnel when you have your hands over your eyes.
At least for me. I can be my own worst enemy. But I'm learning to trap those sad thoughts along w/ the AV & shut them up!
