Am unsure what to do for the best here i have been prescribed Valium because of my mental health and my husband says that i am very agitated tonight i have took my normal medication that i take at night and they normally calm me down but that was an hour ago and i haven't calmed down in fact i became worse according to my husband
My husband says i should take the Valium but am worried that i will be going back to 0 again because am feeling like this
I am not abusing it in any way but i use to and am unsure if me having the Valium is a good thing or not

Maybe just some good breathing excerises to help you relax, or just listen to the doctor and take it as perscribed.

I can't give you medical advice, but I try to stick to taking things as prescribed Ella - I used to think taking twice as much of something meant it would be twice as good or work twice as well, but I know now that's not always the case.

I hope you'll check in with your Dr about this asap
