toughest issues in recovery for me Insomnia
and my computer connection and hyper puppy. Oh maybe I'm sober enough to be aware of life and living. I hope all are doing well I send vibes to all everyday but they may just be bouncing off the wall. I enjoy SR and the posts even when they are sad at least people are posting and connecting.

Nope, your vibes aren't bouncing off the wall, I'm gettin' em...and sendin some back your way too.

I've had it most of my life, runs in the family. Was a good excuse to drink. But I'd rather not sleep than pass out but did get some last night and did enjoy the puppy snoring. Several of me siblings went to sleep clinic to learn they wern't sleeping. I've been on numerous meds the only thing got me sleeping was the booze but I think that is passing out. When I don't sleep at night I just try to have good thoughts. I really am doing pretty dang well.
