- Today is 90 days.....Wow
- First time I have woken up after an all night card game with only 5 hours of sleep and no lick of a hangover or grogginess
- First time I won at cards, without losing my judgement to liquor
- First time I went to bed with certain anxieties and woke up with the same - but managed to think through some of them
- First time I realized that although I'm not an AA'er, Bill was onto something about fear.
- Today I promise to start focusing on dealing with my anxieties and not quieting them down.

......First time I haven't drank in 90 consecutive days and have no desire to start today!
