Starting Outpatient

Hello Everyone, I have been trying to do this sober thing by myself for a long time to no avail, So I broke down and called a friend of mine who works at an outpatient facility and set up an assesment for tomorrow. Im going to intensive outpatient 3 days a week for a total of 9 hours. I pray this works because Lord knows I havent been able to do it on my own!

Good for you...Start putting some thought into what you will do to continue when you finish...As far as doing it on your own goes...I couldn't either...Great support here...Welcome.
