I undertake the training rule to abstain from fermented drink that causes heedlessness.

How long have you been buddhist for? I'm interested in learning more about it.

Kind of this

One time, Zen Master Seung Sahn said:

I don't teach Korean or Mahayana or Zen. I don't even teach Buddhism. I only teach don't know. Fifty years here and there teaching only don't know. So only don't know, okay?

Greetings, Fitz, from the Against The Stream sangha in LA.

I am not the hub of all things, but I believed I was. So I ran the axle of the universe through me. The result was dukkha. The hole out of alignment. And a very bumpy ride.

The path is much smoother today.

I just thought my s--t didn't stink, too much ego. Like vodka and viaden was meditating. Now I hold my puppy and just breathe. I tried to work sobriety and meditation now i just have to let it happen. Controll has been an issue. and tripping over my cushion. Had a tuff day and it was also very good. Don't know.

Sometimes my mind is like a thicket, choked with stories of how it might be. As you remind us, Fitz, don't know is really how it might be. And that's empty. Which makes it a path.

Thank you.
