just curious

I went yesterday to be put on ativan, 1-2 mg for 24 hours and go back in to see the dr....who is an md in addiction specialist. after telling her I drank on the ativan, she pulled the script and gave me Neurontin 300mg 2-3 times daily for anxiety....Remeron, 15mg to take at bed to sleep and 25mg of topamax.

Am I going to be admitted to a freaking looney bin?

Anyone have thoughts ons this?

Probably should talk to your doctor about that....I hope you are being honest with them about how much you are drinking...Speaking of which...Any thoughts on maybe stopping that?

You are not likely to get admitted unless you are actively suicidal or homicidal. Benzos can be dangerous to drink on so that's probably why your script was pulled and other options tried in order to help you.

Keep trying, don't give up.
