Lostk counting. My Pup is about 6 months only knows me sober but I have had a lot of depression, irritability ptsd but know it will get better. Funny drank to get rid of bad feelings quit and bad feelings came back, go figure. But nothing worse than the numbing drink. Meditating and listening to rock today and playing with the dog. I will not only survive I will thrive. Love to all

Glad you and the pup are having some quality time. MY dog is climbing under my blankie on the bed..there's a reason I call here "wonder wuss" She did let me know the Fed-Ex guy was at the door before he ever rang the bell.

I'm listening to music I put on a playlist as "feel good music" and it does help, as I'm a bit irritable right now, too.

Times may be tough, but we are tougher

Fitz, we're all allowed down spells, as long as you don't give up. Congrats on 9 months! Life is what it is. I've been a little down now. Were all learning how to live without a crutch. One day at a time.
