Playing pool thinking
about the next move as I
am taking my shot.

Walking down the road of recovery
I have to live just for today but that
doesn't mean my actions won't
effect my tomorrow.

What I feed my mind, body and soul
today is how I will turn out tomorrow.
With holding anger makes the blood
pressure go up.

But giving it to a Higher Power is
my secret of beginning of loving
myself.

We each live our lives the way we want
to, do we try to empress others by our
daily conversations.

Being a fake only works at times in poker,
but being honest with myself I can climb
the latter of success .

I remodeled my office and gave a lot of clutter
to donation, but changing myself on the inside
I can only give to my Higher Power.
